"CAD Activities" are the events which you wish to track in the CAD system. The list of CAD activities in CLERK 2 can be completely customized to suit your department's needs.
You can set default values for each activity. For example, most traffic stops will be officer-initiated, so having this as a default reduces dispatcher workload. Dispatchers may override the defaults for each call.
If you choose to colorize the CAD calls by activity, the individual colors may be customized here.
Set an alarm for the activity - remind the dispatcher to check on the assigned officer.
