Help with restricted access
Some areas of the Terrier Technologies web site are only available to registered users.
To register, or for information about our policies, see "Registering with Terrier Technologies".
This page is designed to help users who have already registered but are having difficulties using the site.
Your login status appears on the right of the dark blue bar at the top of the screen. It will say either "Not logged in", "Logged in as ", or "Public area". When "Public area" is displayed, it means that registration is not required for the page you are currently viewing. It does not mean that you have logged out.
Problems with logging in
This site supports Netscape 4.x and Internet Explorer 4.x browsers (or better). You must allow cookies in order to successfully log in.
Problems with bookmarks
You may not be able to bookmark some pages in the restricted area. This is normal.
