Downloading and installing custom forms

What is a custom form?
A custom form generates a statistical report and presents it ready for printing. Custom forms appear under the Query menu.

How does the download process work?
The downloads page lists all available custom forms. Click on an item to view more details. From the details page, you may click on the filename to download the form.

How do I respond to the message "do you want to save the file to disk or run it from the current location"?
You should always save it to disk.

Where do I save the software to?
The location is up to you. The desktop is often a good choice, since the software is easy to find.

It's downloaded. Now what?
Start CLERK, log on as SYSDBA. Choose the Settings->Wizards->Import custom form menu option. Click the Open button and locate the file you just downloaded. Type a name for the form (what you'd like to appear under the Queries menu), and choose which users will be allowed to access the form. Then click Finish. The custom form will be available next time users log on to CLERK.

Do I have to update each computer separately?
No. Once it is installed once, the custom form is available to other users the next time they log on to CLERK.
